METCO HQ, along with its REI Committee and in partnership with Dr. Darnisa Amante-Jackson and Dr. Lee Teitel, offers workshops designed to develop practical skills for engaging in impactful conversations.

Restorative justice builds trust and a strong community, making it easier for people to share and heal together, especially after a problem occurs. This training is designed to encourage you to use these methods in your area, creating a friendlier, fairer, and more welcoming place for all students. We believe this approach will lead to fewer disciplinary issues in schools over time.
