Summer School
The METCO Summer School Program offers academic-based learning experiences integrating math, science, reading, writing, research, social studies and oral presentations. Certified teachers tailor lessons to student needs based on referrals from school-year teachers.

My wife and I had some anxiety about sending Ilyas away for the first time. Although he seemed ready for camp, we as parents struggled with worries and fears about the unknown. So many emotions come along with sending your child away for the first time. We were both excited when the day came to pick up Ilyas and thrilled to find out that Ilyas made friends, had supportive and caring counselors and had an overall positive experience to add to his childhood memories. The activities Ilyas enjoyed most were archery, crafting and kickball. At the end of the camp he was chosen as a leader to speak in front of the entire camp where he shared his amazing two weeks experience.
