Students & Families
METCO offers a wide range of programs throughout the year for students and families, from after-school enrichments, SAT prep classes, and college and career exploration opportunities, to community building for our students and connecting Boston and suburban families together through cultural programming. We also lead tours of our Exhibit Hall exploring METCO’s history and tours of Nubian Square, the heart of Black Boston.
I’m glad I had the opportunity to participate in P.L.A.N. this summer, I learned new skills that are really helping me during my first year of college.

It put my mind at ease when my son said he was going to miss his teacher. It assured me that although this was just a month-long program, the relationship that he built meant something. It meant something to me because he was able to be educated by someone who looked like himself.
